For its 10th edition, under the theme ‘Retailigence’, Paris Retail Week, the must-attend event for omnichannel retailing, is bringing together more than sixty French and international experts in plenary sessions, including the 8 mentors of the year. The programme includes almost 150 conferences, talks, keynotes and solutions workshops to explore the main challenges facing the sector, analyse emerging trends and propose practical solutions for professionals.
The theme for this new edition is "RETAILIGENCE" focused on retail intelligence in all its forms, with a special emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI). AI should be seen as a tool for retailers, designed to create a positive impact on all facets of the retail value chain through faster and more efficient customer data analysis. In parallel, generative AI, which focuses on creating data, content, or artistic elements, represents an additional growth lever by enhancing the customer experience.
