Portrait-robot of the brand that will meet the needs of the French between 2023 and early 2024
Discover the results of the study "Portrait-robot of the brand that will meet the needs of the French between 2023 and early 2024" conducted by Havas Commerce and CSA Reseach, in partnership with Paris Retail Week.
Havas Commerce and CSA Data Consulting surveyed 1,002 French people (aged 18 and over, representative of the French population) in June 2023 via a 15-minute online questionnaire.
This study analyzes the feelings and expectations of the French in order to understand their choice of distribution channel, their expectations and their evolution since March 2020. After the pandemic and the war, it's the inflation crisis that's hitting the world trade economy, and the only certainty is that we're now in an uncertain world. New behaviors are emerging from this accumulation of constraints, as are new contexts. The same trends are emerging on every continent and in every country.
